MUSCLES WORKED

Muscle contribution changes with setup, range, load and individual technique.
COMMON MISTAKES
Keep the rep consistent.
- Letting the shoulders roll forward at the finish
- Using a very deep stretch that pulls the shoulder out of position
- Bending and straightening the elbows to move the load
- Letting the stack snap back
PROGRESSION
Make the next session comparable.
Keep your setup and range similar, log your working sets, reps and load, then use the previous session as your reference.
