HOW TO

Leg Extension technique.

Use a load and range you can control consistently.

  1. Adjust the seat so the knee aligns comfortably with the machine pivot and the pad sits above the ankle.
  2. Sit back against the pad and brace lightly.
  3. Extend the knees smoothly until the legs are near straight.
  4. Pause briefly while keeping the hips down.
  5. Lower under control to the same starting position.
