The problem
Workout logs often record what happened without making the next session clearer.
SEQD Training was created by Aaron Barnard around a simple problem: lifters should not have to guess what they did last time or what they need to do next.
Aaron built SEQD while working on his own training and physique. After losing weight, he moved into a muscle-building phase and wanted a system that made workout history, progression and training continuity obvious instead of scattered across notes and memory.

Bring the last session, today’s workout and the next target into one connected sequence.
SEQD Training is an iPhone strength-training app for logging workouts, following a training sequence and reviewing progression.
“Progress has a sequence.” connects the app, the ebook, Share Cards and the wider SEQD identity.
SEQD separates training continuity from rigid weekday labels. If Tuesday gets busy, your programme can continue on Wednesday without pretending the missed session never existed.
Track sets, reps, load and previous performance.
Use history to make the next progression target clearer.

SEQD Training is currently available as an iPhone beta through Apple TestFlight.
